Your Tech Trio
Your Microsoft 365 Tech Trio is one Client Delivery Manager and two techs who are subject matter experts in Microsoft 365.
Client Delivery Manager
Your single point of contact. Sets priorities with you, runs the regular check-ins, reports progress and keeps the work on track.
Microsoft 365 Administrator
The day-to-day rhythm of your tenant: recurring administration, user and service requests, documentation and the prioritized backlog.
Microsoft 365 Engineer
The harder work: complex changes, automation, migrations, troubleshooting and architecture, plus identity and security improvements.

What happens when someone is out, or leaves?
The work is shared and documented across the trio. If anyone on the trio leaves, InnerCore assigns a qualified replacement and the role stays covered.
Who directs the work?
Your technology decision maker sets priorities. Your Client Delivery Manager owns follow-through, with defined responsibilities, a priority process, reporting and change approval.
Does it include our help desk or security monitoring?
Managed security monitoring is a separate service. Help desk and desktop support boundaries are set in your proposal, so you know exactly what the trio covers.
Is this staffing or contracting?
No. InnerCore is contracted as the vendor, manages its people and is accountable for delivery.
