Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes, in most cases we port them to Microsoft. Porting timing depends on Microsoft and your current carrier.
Are phones and licenses included?
Phones, headsets and Microsoft licensing are purchased separately and quoted on request.
Is a business calling rollout a project or a service?
The rollout is a one-time project. Ongoing calling support is part of your managed agreement.
