1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of the InnerCore Technologies website at innercoretech.com (the "Site") only. They are an agreement between you and InnerCore Global, LLC (Prestonsburg, KY), doing business as InnerCore Technologies ("InnerCore," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. The Site Is Not an Offer; Customer Services
The Site describes our services for general information. Nothing on the Site, including service descriptions, packages, or pricing, is an offer, quote, or commitment to provide services.
Customer services are provided only under a signed agreement with InnerCore, such as a Statement of Work or order, together with our Master Services Agreement, version 2026.1, published at /master-services-agreement/ (the version is shown at the top of that page). For customer services, the signed agreement and the Master Services Agreement control, and these Terms do not change or replace them.
3. Information Only, Not Professional Advice
Content on the Site, including articles, guides, and security tips, is general information. It is not legal, compliance, or professional IT or security advice for your specific situation, and it doesn't create a client relationship. For advice about your environment, contact us about an engagement.

Safe harbor for good-faith research. If you make a good-faith effort to follow the rules below and report what you find promptly to security@innercoretech.com, we will not take legal action against you, or refer you to law enforcement, for that research. The rules are:

This section applies to the Site only. Any warranties for customer services are set out in the signed agreement and the Master Services Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNERCORE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50).

Prior versions are available on request.

You and InnerCore consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and InnerCore about your use of the Site. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we don't give up our right to enforce it later.
